In May 2014, Shandobil Communications wrote and produced an animated web video for the Campaign for the Future of Higher Education, a national coalition of university, faculty and student organizations.
The video, “Online Ed: Teaching Millions or Making Millions?” raises critical questions about the mad rush by universities to embrace online college courses, challenges the claims of success made by the online education industry and shines a light on the industry’s profit motives.
The video, covered by the Los Angeles Times, US News and World Report and the Huffington Post generated considerable controversy and helped raise public awareness of the Campaign for the Future of Higher Education.
